Earning Cash Points

How sad to know.
Why is it that there's no earning of CASH POINTS for about 24 HOURS? I was surprise about leaving my char. On Line but upon checking it was the same cash points i left yesterday.
I heard that if you are not doing anything it will be IDLE? And will not Earn Cash Points.
Why is it that there`s no Update about this?
I think it is better we go back in the recent months that there`s no IDLE.
It will be much appreciated and NOT wasting MONEY paying for the Net and Electricity for nothing.

We're already remove the idle from daily minute points. this is requested by the hosting.
